Chicago Cubs individual game tickets go on sale on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 10AM. The Cubs will be using a "virtual waiting room" to purchase tickets. The waiting room will open to aspiring ticket buyers at 9:30AM. Fans will be selected randomly to purchase tickets. In order to purchase, you must set up an account ahead of time and there are ticket purchasing limits:
- There will be a limit of six tickets per game.
- Internet customers will be limited to one game per transaction of up to six (6) tickets.
- Internet customers will be limited to a maximum of forty-two (42) tickets for the weekend.
Tickets can also be purchased in-person at the Wrigley Field box office starting at 8AM. If you want to get them at Wrigley, you'd better head over to the park and grab a wristband before 10PM. tonight, February 21, 2008. A random number will determine the order that tickets will be sold, chosen about 6AM tomorrow and announced over WGN Radio.
